Job Summary
Division: Product Strategy & Innovation (PSI)
The Product Strategy and Innovation (PSI) division is responsible for the endtoend management of Euroclear Groups products and services. Its objective is to define and execute the product strategy identify market gaps and growth opportunities and continuously enhance Euroclears product offering in line with Group strategy market evolution and technological developments.
Working closely with Commercial and Euroclear entities PSI teams define growth strategies shape the evolution of core products and ancillary services and leverage Euroclears data capabilities. PSI Directors are accountable for defining product strategy driving execution and owning the P&L of their product lines.

Job Description
Euroclear is building its FX product capability as a key pillar of its longterm strategy. AutoFX automated FX embedded into settlement income and redemption workflows is the flagship initiative.
As FX Product Solutions Manager you are responsible for driving the commercial success of Euroclears FX offering. You define the FX sales agenda shape and position the value proposition and act as the interface between clients commercial teams and the product organisation.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Drive commercial growth of Euroclears FX offering by identifying qualifying and converting new prospects into active clients.
- Support the full sales lifecycle from initial client engagement and discovery through to onboarding handoff.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients FX workflows settlement processes and operational challenges to position the solution effectively.
- Work closely with the FX Product team to cocreate gotomarket materials refine the value proposition and feed market insights into the product roadmap.
- Crosssell FX solutions to Euroclears existing client base including asset managers custodians brokerdealers and central banks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal Compliance Risk Operations) to support client due diligence and onboarding processes.
- Partner with Sales teams to ensure strong CRM discipline and transparent reporting on pipeline deal progress conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
- Represent Euroclear at industry events and FX forums to strengthen market visibility and thought leadership.
Profile & Experience
- 58 years of experience in FX solutions institutional sales or financial markets business development.
- Strong FX expertise across spot forward and posttrade / settlement FX workflows; prior experience in an FXfocused role (bank prime broker or fintech) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the endtoend FX transaction lifecycle from order generation through execution confirmation and settlement.
- Proven track record in managing complex multistakeholder sales processes within financial services.
- Ability to engage credibly with both operational and seniorlevel client stakeholders including Csuite.
- Experience positioning new products or services in close collaboration with Sales and Relationship Management teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to independently produce clientfacing materials.
- Experience with posttrade infrastructure custody or settlement environments is a strong advantage.
This role can be based in one of our Euroclears locations: Brussels London Krakow Paris Amsterdam.
