Convertible Solutions is hiring for a Packer at our Sedalia MO location!

For 20 years we have been a leader in the pre-converted digitally printable substrates and paper products industry. Creating innovative solutions that help our customers produce high-quality finished pieces with ease. We are looking for a dedicated Packer to join our production team and help us deliver our award-winning products to customers worldwide. This is a full-time 1st shift position with occasional overtime M-F 7a-3:30p schedule.

What Youll Do

As a Packer you are the final touchpoint before our products reach our customers. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with our press operators and shipping teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging & Palletizing: Safely package and palletize products produced in our department.
• Quality & Accuracy: Follow specific packing specifications for different products and label all boxes properly for shipment.
• Logistics: Calculate volume for finished products and layer boxes on pallets correctly to ensure safe transport.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock of boxes bags and packing components communicating with purchasing when its time to reorder.
• Warehouse Care: Keep inventory and material storage areas orderly and safe.

What Youll Need

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable carrying boxes up and down a ladder.
• Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with the team.
• Reliability: A good work history and general knowledge of warehouse or production environments.
