The engineer will maintain capacity models mid-term and long-term capacity analysis and supporting capital planning activities such as tool capacity justification and impact analysis
Key Responsibilities
1. Capacity Modeling Support
- Support capacity analysis including EPT utilization sampling rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly capacity / loading views and capacity projection of different scenario and business requirement
- Assess capacity impact related to tool installation ramp-up or configuration changes
- Understand and close the gaps in workstation performance to meet external benchmark levels
- Perform data consistency and logic checks to ensure model accuracy
2. Capital & Tool Planning Support
- Support capacity-related analysis for capital planning and tool investment discussions
- Support capacity and capital impact assessments for tool or configuration changes
- Support consolidation of data for business case or capital reviews
3. Cross-functional Support
- Work with Manufacturing Equipment Process and ATCP teams(Assembly and Test Central Planning
- Clearly communicate assumptions constraints and data limitations
