Join our growing ICT team in the position of ICT Customer Support Officer based at our modern head office. Your excellent communication skills experience and knowledge will be highly regarded in this position with a focus on providing level 1 high quality service support to the organisation. You must be able to travel to our Resthaven sites as needed across metropolitan Adelaide. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. Responsibilities

  • Provide first level customer service support to users help with trouble shooting and respond/update ICT ticket requests.
  • Log all user interactions in the system.
  • Install and configure software including computers mobile phones etc.
  • Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in an ICT support and service position
  • Customer Experience focused with a value creation mindset
  • Experience in user account management e.g. Active Directory Wi-Fi access
  • Working knowledge of network and communication (including PABX) infrastructure
  • Experience in basic MS Exchange server and Windows server administration tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
  • Experience with PC imaging software SOE deployment and software packaging
  • Experience in personal computer printer and communications equipment installation and management
  • Experience in asset management procurement process and licensing requirements
  • Experience in storage media installation and management
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation and provide support to all skill levels
  • Provision of a high-quality level of customer service while juggling conflicting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
