We are seeking experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced high-acuity environment. The RN will utilize advanced clinical skills to assess monitor and treat patients with life-threatening conditions.

• Full-Time: $45 $55/hour

• Per-Diem: $55 $65/hour

• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process

• Monitor patients on advanced life support equipment including ventilators and cardiac monitors

• Administer medications IV therapies and critical care interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Respond to rapid changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities

• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking

• Maintain compliance with patient safety and infection control standards

• Support a collaborative and team-oriented work environment

• Participate in continuous learning and professional development

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)

• BSN Required

• Magnet-ready experience preferred

• BLS and ACLS certification required

• Minimum 1 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
