Position Overview

We are seeking specialized CNICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide advanced care to critically ill neonatal and cardiac patients. The RN will play a key role in managing complex cases and supporting both patients and families in high-acuity settings.

Pay Rates

Full-Time: $45 $55/hour
Per-Diem: $60 $70/hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care to neonatal and cardiac ICU patients
Monitor ventilators infusion pumps and life support systems
Administer medications and specialized treatments
Collaborate with neonatologists cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
Educate and support families during critical care treatment
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with standards

Additional Expectations

Deliver compassionate family-centered care
Demonstrate attention to detail in high-risk situations
Maintain adherence to safety and clinical protocols

Requirements

Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
BSN Required
Magnet-ready experience preferred
BLS required; NRP preferred
Minimum 1 2 years of NICU/CNICU experience
