Position Overview

We are seeking Psychiatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized care for patients with psychiatric and behavioral disorders.

Pay Rates

Full-Time: $40 $50/hour
Per-Diem: $50 $60/hour

Key Responsibilities

Assess psychiatric conditions and develop care plans
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Provide emotional support and therapeutic care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Additional Expectations

Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations

Requirements

Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
BSN Required
Magnet-ready experience preferred
BLS required
Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
