5 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of Contact Center and IVR technologies
Hands-on experience with:
Google CCAI Platform
Google Dialogflow
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Proficiency in Java/J2EE
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with GitHub Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of Conversational AI and Prompt Engineering
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
