JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise all maintenance activities including mechanical and electrical diagnostics production line repairs and minor building/plumbing fixes
Establish performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement across the maintenance department
Ensure all machinery and equipment meet operational and safety standards
Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures that promote consistency and cross-functional collaboration
Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
Plan and oversee repair schedules installations and cost evaluations
Enforce safety protocols and ensure team compliance with company policies
Manage inventory of tools parts and supplies; place orders as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance logs daily progress reports and budget tracking
Support food safety and quality assurance by preventing equipment-related risks
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facility Management or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical systems and industrial machinery
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to problem-solving
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Extended periods in cold damp environments
Occasional exposure to airborne particles fumes or caustic chemicals
Must be able to frequently stand walk kneel reach climb pull and bend.
Must be able to work for extended periods in a cold damp environment.
