JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise all maintenance activities including mechanical and electrical diagnostics production line repairs and minor building/plumbing fixes
• Establish performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement across the maintenance department
• Ensure all machinery and equipment meet operational and safety standards
• Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures that promote consistency and cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Plan and oversee repair schedules installations and cost evaluations
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team compliance with company policies
• Manage inventory of tools parts and supplies; place orders as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs daily progress reports and budget tracking
• Support food safety and quality assurance by preventing equipment-related risks
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facility Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical systems and industrial machinery
• Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to problem-solving

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Extended periods in cold damp environments
• Occasional exposure to airborne particles fumes or caustic chemicals
• Must be able to frequently stand walk kneel reach climb pull and bend.
• Must be able to work for extended periods in a cold damp environment.
