Tasks

• Operation and further development of a hybrid IT infrastructure (cloud & on-premise)
• Administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Entra ID Intune etc.)
• Support and implementation of cloud transformation (migration of on-premise systems to the cloud)
• Support of classic infrastructure components such as Active Directory Exchange (On-Premise & Online) and Group Policies
• Participation in the administration of virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware) as well as backup and security system
• Coordination of external service providers and collaboration with international stakeholders Ensuring IT security compliance and system availability
• Analysis conception and implementation of new technical solutions and processes
• Independent management of projects and continuous optimization of the IT landscape

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365 Azure Entra ID)
• Experience in hybrid IT environments (cloud & on-premise)
• Good knowledge of classic infrastructure topics (e.g. Active Directory Exchange GPOs)
• Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Willingness to work across disciplines as a generalist and to familiarize oneself with new topics
• Good German skills and technical English skills
• Independent solution-oriented and responsible work style
