Role Description:
Seeking an experienced IBM Netcool AIOps Cloud Pak Developer with strong expertise in IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI) Cloud Pak for AIOps Event Management Automation and AI-Driven IT Operations. The ideal candidate will lead integration and migration of traditional Netcool environments into IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps enabling intelligent event correlation automation and predictive incident management across hybrid cloud environments.
Seeking an experienced IBM Netcool AIOps Cloud Pak Developer with strong expertise in IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI) Cloud Pak for AIOps Event Management Automation and AI-Driven IT Operations. The ideal candidate will lead integration and migration of traditional Netcool environments into IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps enabling intelligent event correlation automation and predictive incident management across hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and migrate IBM Netcool Omnibus and Netcool Impact environments with IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps
Configure connectors event synchronization data mapping and transformation rules using JSONATA
Migrate event filters correlation rules and runbook automation policies to AIOps platform
Develop and maintain Automation Policies Runbooks and Remediation Scripts using Netcool Impact Python and Bash
Support AI/ML Model Training for event grouping anomaly detection and change risk assessment
Configure topology/resource management for unified infrastructure and application visualization
Integrate AIOps platform with enterprise tools such as Splunk ServiceNow Slack and other monitoring platforms
Troubleshoot complex issues across Netcool and AIOps hybrid cloud environments
Collaborate with DevOps Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Infrastructure and Operations Teams
Ensure platform reliability scalability and operational excellence across IT operations workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of experience in IBM Netcool Development / Administration / Integration
Deep expertise in IBM Netcool Suite including Netcool Omnibus Netcool Impact Probes Gateways and Web GUI
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps
Experience with Event Management Alert Correlation Noise Reduction and Incident Automation
Proficiency in JSONATA Python and Bash/Shell Scripting
Experience integrating monitoring/ITSM tools such as Splunk ServiceNow Slack
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts for AIOps and Predictive Incident Management
Experience in Hybrid Cloud / Enterprise Infrastructure Monitoring Environments
Excellent troubleshooting analytical and stakeholder communication skills
