We are seeking a results-driven General Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Savannah GA. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations driving strategic initiatives and ensuring high standards of performance across all functions.
The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams manage budgets and uphold quality safety and compliance standards. This role also involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency strengthen customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
Lead mentor and develop teams to foster a high-performance work environment
Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control
Ensure compliance with quality health safety and environmental standards
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive operational excellence
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance and scalability
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence

Qualifications:
Proven leadership and team management experience with a focus on people development
Strong background in strategic planning budgeting and operations management
Knowledge of quality control health safety and environmental compliance standards
Solid understanding of supply chain logistics and distribution operations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant IT systems and operational tools
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field (preferred)
Experience in industries such as Energy Construction Oil & Gas or similar sectors is an advantage
Proven leadership and team management experience with a focus on people development
Strong background in strategic planning budgeting and operations management
