Job Description:
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead implementation of Omnichannel capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified customer data strategies
- Architect and optimize Agentforce implementations for customer service excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce development and integrations
- Ensure system performance security and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and guide technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc.)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Omnichannel solutions in Salesforce
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Agentforce (or similar customer engagement/service platforms)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture integrations and data modeling
- Experience with APIs middleware and third-party integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect System Architect or CTA preferred)
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Prior experience in customer service transformation projects
