4. Job Purpose:
The JS1 - Manufacturing Engineering will support and manage manufacturing processes optimize production efficiency ensure quality standards and support the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies. New NPD / Proto part progress tracking and to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing projects and product launches.

Required Experience:
Expertise in APQP PPAP IATF 16949 and ISIR processes.
Ability to Track and execute NPD / Proto sample progress and escalation in advance to senior before failure
Hands-on experience in Proto sample preparation and NPD part development.
Proficiency in MS Office (Timeline Gantt chart) and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Any 3D software).
Knowledge of product and process layouts ergonomics and supplier evaluation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Comprehensive understanding of APQP and its phases including process flow diagrams PFMEA and control plans.
Knowledge of PPAP and ISIR documentation requirements.
Knowledge in DAP processes for new designs and supplier evaluations.
Negotiation skills for FTG development and supplier engagement.
Press tool Bending Tools forming tools Welding fixtures cost calculation.
Technical Knowledge in pipe bending sheet metal mechanical press MIG welding TIG welding processes.
Advanced skills in project management and MS Office tools including Gantt charts and time plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Development & Optimization:
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Ensure process validation for pipe bending sheet metal mechanical press and MIG / TIG welding processes. Brazing Process.
Project Management:
Plan and manage manufacturing engineering projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
Prepare competitive project budgets (customer-paid or CAPEX) for new equipment and FTG.
Create and manage detailed project timelines Gantt charts and time plans using MS Office tools.
Ensure the development of efficient product and process layouts to optimize manufacturing flow.
APQP PPAP and Compliance:
Comprehensive understanding of APQP and its phases including process flow diagrams PFMEA and control plans.

Design & Supplier Evaluation:

Collaborate with the quality team to develop and sustain robust quality assurance systems including control plans FMEAs and process validations.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions to enhance quality.
