Job Summary
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features manage releases and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools APIs and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently to meet user requirements and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the integration of new features and functionalities into existing applications.- Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills: -
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
Additional Information: -
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
