Job Title:Maintenance Mechanic

Location:Cincinnati OH

Shift: 4/4 Nights

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Our Maintenance Mechanic Performs routine emergency and preventive maintenance work on office and plant equipment machines and building facilities.

Requirements:

• Repair and service all site equipment buildings and furnishings.
• Communicate issues with the Maintenance team verbally and through email.
• Check and repair critical equipment.
• Check cooling towers mills chillers air compressor boiler etc.
• Preventative Maintenance through inspection lubrication filter replacement cleaning etc
• Must be able to complete an OSHA Respiratory Fit Test

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma/GED
• Knowledge of pipe fitting electrical wiring and general mechanics
• Must be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. and stand on feet for long periods of time
• Must be familiar and thoroughly experienced in all facets of maintenance:
• Mechanical: Pumps (positive displacement and centrifugal) drives (gearbox belt chain hydraulic couplings motor-electric motors-air bearings shafts nuts bolts taps and dies.
• Electrical: High voltage 460 volt 3 phase motor controls low voltage (120V power and control wiring) AC and DC systems. Computer-controlled systems.
• Utilities: Piping (water air and steam) Boilers - understand Steam condensate system - tracing coils traps and pumps. Air Compressor system - including filters regulators dryers and lubricators. HVAC - air handling blowers dust collectors.
• Vehicles: Lift trucks - electric EE rated battery and hydraulics.
