Job OverviewThe Client is seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to support data conversion and migration work as part of a critical systems modernization initiative. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL data migration and ETL workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects including procedures functions triggers packages and views to support data conversion and migration.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for performance tuning and data integrity validation.
- Develop and execute ETL workflows including schema transformation and data mapping between legacy and target systems.
- Analyze and reverse-engineer logic from legacy applications and undocumented code bases.
- Work with legacy front-end technologies (DHTML HTML/JavaScript forms) to understand data flows and business logic.
- Configure and manage task schedulers to automate data processing and migration jobs.
- Collaborate with external vendor teams to support modernization and system integration efforts.
- Document data conversion processes transformation rules and migration results.

- Candidates must be open to a hybrid work arrangement and able to commute to or relocate near the work location.
- Candidate must successfully pass a background check prior to engagement.
