Key Responsibilities

- Identify develop and grow referral relationships within hospitals physician clinics and other healthcare service areas
- Educate healthcare providers about products services and value-based care solutions
- Own your rural territory: prospect present and close new accounts
- Conduct face-to-face sales calls to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Report sales activity and territory trends to management
- Demonstrate product knowledge and clinical understanding to build credibility
- Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams
Qualifications
Required:

- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Proven sales experience or medical background (2 years preferred; recent college graduates welcome to apply)
- Motivated self-driven sales professional with demonstrated track record of success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with healthcare providers and internal teams
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned rural territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable with email internet research and office equipment
- CRM experience or familiarity with sales platforms (a plus)
Preferred:

- Four-year college degree or equivalent sales/work experience
- Background in respiratory durable medical equipment (DME) home medical equipment (HME) negative pressure therapy or wound care sales
- Leadership experience in sales or related fields
- Knowledge of home medical equipment and clinical applications
- Experience in B2B or healthcare sales

Physical Demands

- Extensive driving throughout rural territory
- Lift and carry office equipment and home medical equipment samples at times
- Requires sitting walking standing talking and listening
- Requires close vision for small print on computer/tablet and paperwork
- Ability to demonstrate and explain medical equipment to healthcare providers
