Pay Rate: $19/Hr on W2
Shift: 12 hr / day M-F
Description:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD) Maintenance Efficiency People Productivity and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB) or Maintenance Center.
- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems accurately capturing maintenance related data.
- Comply with the client and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
