Shift: Monday to Thursday 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
Job Title: Production Operator
Job Purpose
The production operator fills bags with fiberglass.
Job Responsibilities
Production consists of filling bags with fiberglass
Varied duties of lifting using basic tools and material handling
Continuously monitor machine operation and material flow to ensure productivity and quality
Move totes stock bags empty trash on an as needed basis
Perform other related duties as assigned by the site leader
Job Requirements
Must be able to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions relating to safety quality and production
PPE is required safety toe shoes or boots (safety glasses and ear plugs will be provided)
Maintain a safe neat and clean work environment including work area and equipment
Must be able to stand in one area for extended periods of time performing repetitive tasks
Forklift experience is preferred
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to perform basic math skills
Read write and comprehend English
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Ability to work scheduled shift based on production needs determined by the site leader
