Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead to drive the design development and implementation of advanced Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building intelligent systems using cutting-edge AI technologies and leading end-to-end AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Design build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
Drive innovation by exploring new advancements in AI and automation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks and architectures.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. GPT open-source models).
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
Prior experience in a leadership or lead role.
