Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Architect with a minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience including deep expertise in IBM Maximo solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Maximo-based enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions while ensuring scalability performance and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions across enterprise environments
- Define system architecture integration strategies and best practices for Maximo deployments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee Maximo upgrades migrations and performance tuning
- Design and implement integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems (ERP GIS IoT etc.)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams
- Ensure system reliability security and compliance with organizational standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of IT experience with strong focus on IBM Maximo
- Proven experience as a Maximo Architect or Senior Technical Lead
- Expertise in Maximo modules such as Asset Management Work Management and Inventory
- Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Maximo upgrades (including MAS Maximo Application Suite)
- Proficiency in Java J2EE and database technologies (Oracle DB2 or SQL Server)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system design principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
