Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Architect with a minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience including deep expertise in IBM Maximo solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Maximo-based enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions while ensuring scalability performance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions across enterprise environments
• Define system architecture integration strategies and best practices for Maximo deployments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Oversee Maximo upgrades migrations and performance tuning
• Design and implement integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems (ERP GIS IoT etc.)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams
• Ensure system reliability security and compliance with organizational standards
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of IT experience with strong focus on IBM Maximo
• Proven experience as a Maximo Architect or Senior Technical Lead
• Expertise in Maximo modules such as Asset Management Work Management and Inventory
• Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Maximo upgrades (including MAS Maximo Application Suite)
• Proficiency in Java J2EE and database technologies (Oracle DB2 or SQL Server)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (preferred)
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system design principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
