Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Architect with a minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience including deep expertise in IBM Maximo solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Maximo-based enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions while ensuring scalability performance and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture design and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions across enterprise environments
Define system architecture integration strategies and best practices for Maximo deployments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Oversee Maximo upgrades migrations and performance tuning
Design and implement integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems (ERP GIS IoT etc.)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams
Ensure system reliability security and compliance with organizational standards
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of IT experience with strong focus on IBM Maximo
Proven experience as a Maximo Architect or Senior Technical Lead
Expertise in Maximo modules such as Asset Management Work Management and Inventory
Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Maximo upgrades (including MAS Maximo Application Suite)
Proficiency in Java J2EE and database technologies (Oracle DB2 or SQL Server)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (preferred)
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system design principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
