Title : TS MLL Site Service Owner

Work Mode : 5 days work from the site.
We are looking for a Region NA IT TS MLL Service Owner based in Raynham MA to lead day-to-day IT delivery and operations across North American sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of technical IT staff within a supplier engagement model
Oversee service delivery including incident problem and change management in compliance with operational SLAs
Plan track and communicate project status to stakeholders using JIRA and ServiceNow
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and state of health monitoring for core infrastructure networks servers applications
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers within defined contractual frameworks
Engage in Command Center calls for Priority 12 incidents impacting NA sites
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong people management and team leadership skills for technical staff
Hands-on experience with cloud services identity access management and cybersecurity fundamentals
Proficiency with Jira ServiceNow and collaboration monitoring platforms
Experience working within supplier models and client engagement practices
Certifications preferred PMP ITIL Foundation AWS Azure Cloud Associate
