About the Role

TheDigitalDirectorwill work together withtheGlobalDysonclientsas well as local marketsto help translate their vision fordigitalinto desired outcomes and work on implementing this vision willbe responsible fordefining and operationalisingGlobalstrategyand ensuring best-in-class deliveryagainst an ambitious digital roadmap.

This opportunity would see youadvisingseniorGlobalclients and local markets alike on all shifts in thedigital spaceanddelivering outstanding media and digital to our agreed scope of work withDyson.

Reporting into the Global Digita Lead you will set ambitious goals to advance Dysons digital maturity and reach across Digital channels.

You will have experienceoperatingand activating digital campaigns across (preferably) a variety of channels as well as having exceptional client leadership and communication skills.

The right candidate will;

  • Have an opinion and notbeafraid to share it.

This role is heavy on client-contactand management of a variety of client and internal for strong communicators with a genuine interest into how businesses work and willing to share their experience and knowledge.

  • Be a problem solver.

Youllneed to be interested inunderstanding the clients business successdriversand currentad tech set-upto helpdevelop a programmatic road mapthatanswersdevelopsand solves theclientsbusiness goals.

  • Bea natural collaborator

Work and collaborate with internal teams (digital operationsstrategic planningdata and privacyand analytics teams) as well as external (client) and vendor will need to liaise with different teams indifferent partsof the world to make this role work.

The right candidate should bea:

  • Digitalsubject matter expert focused on performance (ideally with E-commerce experience)
  • Clear concise communicator
  • Gravitas in abundance
  • Inspire change and transformation within the client
  • Interact with detailed and big picture stakeholders

Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
