We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join a high-volume acute care hospital. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures
- Position patients and operate radiologic equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure proper image quality and accurate patient identification
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging areas
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and patient positioning
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
Certifications & Licensure:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Required
- BLS Certification Required
- Oregon State License (if applicable) Required
