Pronto Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a busy manufacturing facility.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is hiring a skilled technician to keep production equipment and the facility running smoothly. You will be responsible for fixing machines and performing regular upkeep to prevent breakdowns. This role is vital for making sure the team meets production goals every day.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and facility equipment
Perform regular preventive maintenance and keep accurate records
Maintain systems like compressed air electrical HVAC and dust collection
Build or modify fixtures and secondary tools as needed
Help eliminate repeat equipment failures by suggesting better solutions
Keep work areas clean and follow safety rules for handling industrial materials
Report repair needs and outside service requests to the supervisor
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong skills in mechanical systems pumps and compressors
Knowledge of electrical wiring motor controls and three-phase power
Experience with pneumatics hydraulics and welding
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and prints
Proficient with basic computer skills
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing setting
Fast-paced environment focused on production uptime
Regular use of tools welding equipment and machinery
Must wear jeans a T-shirt and steel-toe boots
