Job Summary
Were partnering with a well-established publicly traded community bank ($500M in assets) to identify a Chief Financial Officer. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key partner in driving the banks financial strategy and performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance leader within banking who wants to step into a true #2 position and play a central role in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations including accounting financial reporting and budgeting
- Oversee regulatory reporting including Call Reports and audit processes
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board on financial strategy
- Manage liquidity capital planning and balance sheet strategy
- Participate in ALCO and provide insight into interest rate risk and NIM
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal controls
What Theyre Looking For:
- Experience within a bank or financial institution (required)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting (Call Reports highly preferred)
- Experience interacting with regulators (FDIC OCC or Federal Reserve)
- Background in liquidity management capital planning and loan/deposit mix
- Proven leadership experience within accounting/finance
- CPA is a plus but not required
