Location: Mercy Hospital Perry Perryville MO

Department: Center of Nursing Excellence

Status: Part-Time (Minimum of 16 hours/pay period)

Shift: 12 Hour Days or Nights

Whether youre just beginning your nursing prerequisites or already enrolled in a nursing program this initiative is designed to empower you from the classroom to the patient room.

Program Highlights & Benefits:

• Up to $10000/year in tuition support

• Funding available for: 1 year of prerequisites and 2 years of nursing program

• Covers: Tuition books registration lab and technology fees clinical scrubs and more.

• Helps ensure a smoother transition to professional practice post-graduation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Enrolled in nursing prerequisites or actively enrolled in a nursing program at a participating school (RN & LPN)

• Completion of this application and submission of a resume letter of recommendation and unofficial transcript (if applicable).

• Once application and additional materials have been submitted our recruitment team will reach out with next steps and interview information.

Work & Commitment Requirements:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a Patient Care Associate Patient Care Tech Nurse Tech or similar clinical role within the hospital

• Must sign a contract agreeing to work 1-3 years at Mercy Hospital Perry after graduation. (Commitment length depends on the amount of financial support received.)
