AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
Define and lead enterprise technical strategy for robotics and ASRS including scalable architectures subsystem boundaries and performance targets.
Establish reference architectures design principles and interface standards to ensure consistency across sites and vendors.
Lead end-to-end system integration across PLC/HMI safety systems robotics and WMS/WES/WCS/EMS platforms.
Drive OT/IT architecture decisions including industrial networking middleware cybersecurity and system availability.
Implement technical governance through design reviews architecture boards and readiness gates ensuring quality and traceability.
Oversee commissioning and qualification activities (FAT SAT integrated testing cutover hypercare) to meet operational KPIs.
Lead complex issue resolution root cause analysis and ensure sustainable performance (throughput accuracy uptime).
Provide technical oversight of OEMs and integrators influencing scope cost schedule and enforcing accountability.
Ensure functional safety compliance and risk management including safety design validation and operational readiness.
Drive program planning resource forecasting technical risk mitigation and successful handover to operations with standards training and sustainment models.
