Job Responsibilities:
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns.
Tracks product sales by analyzing and entering sales data.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing sales data.
Keeps promotional materials ready; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
Maintain databases such as CRM systems.
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications and business books.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Associate degree (required) B.S. or B.A. (desired) in marketing/business
Required Experience and Skills:
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent Word Excel PowerPoint (customized) and email (Outlook) skills
Good communications skills
Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
Project management skills
Sound understanding of the principles of marketing
Ability to manage a campaign budget
Good attention to detail
Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
Desired Experience and Skills
Minimum 2 years in marketing or sales administration experience
