Job Summary

Knowledge and Qualifications:

Experience working with children in Pre-K elementary and/or middle school students in an academic and/or before or after-school setting preferred.
Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities.
Desire to actively engage students in meaningful activities.
Desire to be a role model for our younger students.
Ability to apply and model Wakefield Memorial High Schools mission statement and core values for our students and staff.

Description of Duties:

Model WMHS Mission Statement and Core Values while engaging our students and staff.
Engage and support students in our program with academic social skills and other fun/social-based activities.
Assist adult staff with student engagement and structured/free play.
Assist adult staff prior to the start of Academic and/or Enrichment programs.
Assist adult staff with transitioning students to different activities schedules as well as arrival and dismissal.

Salary: Minimum Wage
