We are looking for a motivated detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to help oversee the safety performance and productivity of Quality Department personnel while ensuring compliance with the companys quality management system in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do
As a Quality Supervisor you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager along with all other company departments in driving continuous improvement maintaining product quality standards and meeting both internal and external customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Quality Manager and other company departments to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process issues and customer complaints.
- Assist in developing implementing maintaining and improving the quality management system.
- Supervise Quality Auditors to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards.
- Conduct competency evaluations for new employees and ensure completion of required training.
- Provide leadership coaching and ongoing development for quality staff including line auditors and technicians.
- Ensure team members follow detailed specifications and properly use measurement and monitoring equipment.
- Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Address employee concerns respond to questions and collaborate with management to resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce company policies maintain documentation and administer progressive discipline when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety procedures company policies and quality standards.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Office and manufacturing support environment. Frequent standing walking stair climbing and lifting up to 80 lbs may be required. Exposure to manufacturing and warehouse settings which may include exposure to extreme heat moderate to loud noise levels and industrial equipment.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal education in Quality Management is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment and quality systems may be substituted.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis corrective actions).
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
Position Type/Work Schedule
- Full-time salary position. Standard shift: 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. additional hours may be required including weekends and holidays as business needs arise. Flexibility to work off-shifts as needed.
Work Authorization/ Security Clearance
