Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care
Location: Hettinger ND
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12)
Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts Variable)

Position Overview

A reputable long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in LTC settings and be committed to ensuring patient safety comfort and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Collaborate with RNs physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Facility Details

• Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) / Nursing Home
• Housing: Provided for travelers (if applicable)

Schedule & Work Details

• Night shifts with variable scheduling
• 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Experience & Requirements

• Previous LPN experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Licensure & Certifications

• Active LPN license required (State of North Dakota or compact if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
