Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming leads for service department
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
- Maintain high scores for the manufacturers customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
REQUIREMENTS:

- Demonstrated ability to manage others

- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
