Role Overview:
The Marketing Assistant handles daily administrative and marketing tasks while coordinating various company activities in close collaboration with the Line of Business (LOB).
Key Duties and amp; Responsibilities:
- Ordering and distribution of collateral for the branches
- Processing invoices
- Preparing a monthly log of sponsorship requests
- Preparing cheques for approved donations
- Preparing monthly foundation reports
- Arranging branding and booth setup for sponsored events
- Fulfilling branch requests resources to support sales events this includes s
- Supporting the execution of the Walk For The Cure event and related fun
- Assisting with the execution of promotional activities and client events
- Supporting the execution of Public Relation activities
Qualifications Experience and Skills
- An associate degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in marketing campaign coordination administration or related field.
- Able to work well with a team.
- Excellent organisational time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a knack for proactive communication.
- Proficient in computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
