Job Summary
About the Role
Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in and to join our dynamic development this role you will design develop and maintain scalable high-quality web applications that deliver seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product design and engineering teams to deliver solutions that support business goals and continuous technology improvement.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver innovative features and functionality
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve application defects performance issues and production incidents
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes tools and engineering standards
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and recommend best practices and tools for adoption
- Support the definition of technical solutions aligned with business requirements and user needs
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with strong focus on and
- Proven experience building scalable responsive web applications for desktop and mobile platforms
- Strong experience working in crossfunctional Agile teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines
Technical Skills

- Version control and collaborative development workflows

Day-to-Day Activities
- Develop and maintain front-end components using ensuring responsive design
- Implement server-side functionality using and integrate with APIs
- Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborate with design teams to translate UX/UI designs into functional applications
- Conduct peer code reviews and support team quality goals
- Diagnose and resolve application issues and optimize performance
- Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- Certifications in React or web development technologies are a plus
