Business Intelligence Expert (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric)

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Expert with Specific axpertise in Powr BI & Microsoft Fabric : to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
Location: Near-site(accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Remote work possible

Responsabilities

• Gathering business requirements.
• Designing ETL processes with tools such as Data Factory or KNIME.
• Data modelling.
• Design and development of reporting applications with Power BI.
• Elaboration of test programs.
• Writing of technical documentation.
• Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system.
• Participation in meetings with other project teams.

Technical skills

• 10 years of data warehouse design & architecture
• 10 years of SQL
• 10 years of specific expertise in Excellent knowledge of relational database systems applied to data warehouse
• 5 years of unified data platform (Microsoft Fabric)
• 5 years of data lake/data lakehouse design and architecture
• 5 years of business intelligence reporting tool using Microsoft Power BI.
• 5 of online analytical data processing (OLAP) and data mining tools
• 5 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of cloud-based business intelligence design.
• 2 years of specific expertise in Knowledge of non-relational database technologies
• 2 years of specific expertise in knowledge of Confluence and Jira

AND (NON-TECHNICAL) SKILLS

• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
• Ability to understand speak and write French and English.
• Ability to work in a team.
• A bility to work with a high degree of rigour and method and more specifically to follonaming conventions and coding standards.
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment on multiple large projects;
• Excellent Team Player
• High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and contain personal and confidential data

Profile :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Business Management or a related field.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required French is a strong asset.
