What Youll Do:

• Process manufacture warranty claims for vehicle repair in a timely accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Be liaison between service department manufacturer and customers.
• Manage claim documentation to resolve denials and tracking repair records.
• Ensure the accounting of service labor time is accurately documented.
• Support service team by assisting with special reports and audits.
• Uphold THE COLLECTIONs standard of excellence in every interaction.

What We Seek:

• Previous service booker / warranty experience with a luxury automotive dealership.
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
• Positive driven and team-oriented professionals
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Flexible schedule with ability to work 40 hours Monday Saturday as needed
