Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Beulah ND 58523
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week (5x8)
Shift: Flexible (Days Evenings Nights 812 hour shifts)
Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate will be flexible dependable and committed to delivering safe and effective nursing care in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and mobility
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure a safe clean and supportive patient environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
Schedule & Work Details
- Flexible scheduling across days evenings and night shifts
- Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
- 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
Experience & Requirements
- Previous LPN experience preferred
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety standards
