Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedics

Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time 3640 hours/week
Shift: Day Shift (8-hour shifts)

Position Overview

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join its outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services focusing on musculoskeletal conditions while maintaining strong productivity and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and rehabilitation programs
• Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Meet productivity and patient volume expectations

Patient Population

• Outpatient Orthopedic cases

Experience Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates not accepted
• First-time travelers accepted

Accepted Candidates

• Physical Therapists (PT)
• Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) accepted

Work Environment & Expectations

• Treat approximately 1214 patients per day
• Productivity expectation: 60 patient visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
• No floating between clinics

Schedule & Additional Details

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
• Day shift schedule with consistent hours

Licensure & Certifications

• Active PT or PTA license required (State of Washington or compact if applicable)
