Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and rehabilitation programs
Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Meet productivity and patient volume expectations
Patient Population
Outpatient Orthopedic cases
Experience Requirements
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates not accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Accepted Candidates
Physical Therapists (PT)
Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) accepted
Work Environment & Expectations
Treat approximately 1214 patients per day
Productivity expectation: 60 patient visits per week
Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
No floating between clinics
Schedule & Additional Details
Guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
Day shift schedule with consistent hours
Licensure & Certifications
Active PT or PTA license required (State of Washington or compact if applicable)
