Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Pasco WA 99301
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time 3640 hours/week
Shift: Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join its outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services focusing on musculoskeletal conditions while maintaining strong productivity and patient care standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and rehabilitation programs
- Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Meet productivity and patient volume expectations
Patient Population
- Outpatient Orthopedic cases
Experience Requirements
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates not accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
Accepted Candidates
- Physical Therapists (PT)
- Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) accepted
Work Environment & Expectations
- Treat approximately 1214 patients per day
- Productivity expectation: 60 patient visits per week
- Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
- No floating between clinics
Schedule & Additional Details
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
- Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
- Day shift schedule with consistent hours
Licensure & Certifications
- Active PT or PTA license required (State of Washington or compact if applicable)
