Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to support an outpatient surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting in a variety of surgical procedures and be comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Assist surgeons during procedures across multiple specialties
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of sterile field
- Monitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience
- Ability to work in an outpatient surgical setting
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license California (required)
- License must be active at time of submission (no pending)
- BLS certification required
