Customer Support Assistant (12-month FTC)
Job Summary
About the Role
As a Customer Support Assistant (Repairs and Maintenance) youll be the friendly first point of contact when customers need help with repairs in their homes. From diagnosing issues and raising repair jobs to booking appointments and keeping customers updated youll help make sure problems get sorted quickly and smoothly.
Youll work closely with contractors and colleagues across the organisation to keep repairs moving prioritise urgent issues and make sure customers feel heard and supported every step of the way.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
About You
Youre a natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and getting things done. Youre organised a great communicator and comfortable juggling different enquiries while keeping a calm and positive approach.
Youll enjoy working as part of a team building good relationships with customers and colleagues and taking pride in delivering great service. A basic understanding of repairs and maintenance is helpful but your attitude empathy and can-do approach are what really matter.
