Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Assist in planning executing and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on market trends competitors and customer needs.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distribution partners.

Administrative Support:

• Prepare and organize reports presentations and other documentation for internal and external use.
• Manage schedules meetings and other administrative tasks to support the team.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and propose solutions.
• Assist in implementing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a business or scientific-related field.
• Proficiency in Spanish Portuguese and English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of self-motivation and adaptability to dynamic environments.
