Position Overview

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions while promoting patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention mobility and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Patient Population

• Outpatient rehabilitation (primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions)

Experience Requirements

• Previous outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to manage a consistent patient caseload

Schedule & Work Details

• Guaranteed hours typically 36 per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
• Day shift schedule with 8-hour workdays
• Consistent weekly scheduling based on facility needs

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required (State of Washington or compact if applicable)
