Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 1100 Technology Dr Jackson MI 49201
Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Lunch : 30 Minutes
Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an inperson interview scheduled between April 20-24
Qualifications:
- Education: minimum High School Diploma and a bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills: Computer literacy MS Office experience basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required) and strong customer service skills.
- Interview Process:Virtual interview followed by an inperson interview scheduled between April 20-24.
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative supports Clients Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain operations and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone collecting and forwarding customer feedback and proactively managing the full ordertocash process.
- The position requires strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills a customerfocused and adaptable mindset and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience with a high school diploma required and a bachelors degree preferred.
