Roles:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented professional who can handle core accounting statutory compliance and MIS reporting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate books of accounts timely GST & TDS filings and delivering actionable MIS reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Review and verify day-to-day accounting entries

Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance

2. GST & TDS Compliance

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc.)

GST reconciliation with books and portal

TDS deduction payment and return filing (24Q 26Q)

Issuance of TDS certificates and handling notices

Ensure compliance with all statutory deadlines

3. MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports

Develop and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Power BI

Generate reports on:

o Revenue & profitability

o Cost analysis (including travel & operational cost)

o Debtors ageing & collections

o Fund flow & cash flow

Provide variance analysis and highlight key insights

4. Data Management & Automation

Extract and manage data from ERP systems like Tally Zoho Books or similar

Use ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) for data integration

Automate MIS reports and reduce manual processes

5. Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

Ensure audit readiness with proper documentation

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies

6. Management Support

Support CFO with real-time financial data and analysis

Share MIS reports and updates via WhatsApp / email

Assist in budgeting forecasting and strategic decision-making

Qualification:

2. Experience working under CFO-level reporting
3. Strong ownership and accountability
4. Ability to handle pressure and tight timelines
5. Proactive in identifying cost-saving and efficiency improvements
