Job Summary

Profile:HR Generalist-Finance-Surat-30k

Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role

Salary Range: 20k to 30k

Roles:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding
Maintain employee records attendance leave management and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts and ensure timely processing
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure adherence to company HR policies processes and statutory compliance
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and trackers

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in HR / BBA /
MBA (HR preferred)
