Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding

Maintain employee records attendance leave management and HR documentation

Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts and ensure timely processing

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives

Ensure adherence to company HR policies processes and statutory compliance

Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and trackers
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in HR / BBA /
- MBA (HR preferred)
