DescriptionThe Maintenance Planner/Administrator supports operational efficiency by managing work order processes preventive maintenance scheduling documentation and reporting functions.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage work order intake prioritization and tracking
- Maintain CMMS documentation and asset records
- Coordinate vendor scheduling and documentation
- Track completion status of maintenance activities
- Maintain service logs and inspection records
- Support compliance documentation and audit preparation
This role supports process coordination and documentation functions and does not assume operational decision-making authority outside assigned scope.
Qualifications- Strong vendor/contractor management skills
- Effective communication and cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in facility maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ownership mentality and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail especially regarding safety and equipment operations
- Understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines
