Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY | The Pirate Sports Network Student Broadcast Associate is responsible for assisting Seton Hall Athletics with the production of live BIG EAST Digital Network events to be streamed. |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | Students will be tasked with one of many different roles to help the department successfully produce a broadcast including but not limited to: directing cameras operating cameras operating a graphics machine operating a replay machine serving as a play-by-play or color analyst on the air and assisting with statistics. |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Familiarity with sports especially soccer volleyball basketball baseball softball and swimming & diving - must include a cover letter specifying preferred areas and class schedule with available hours |
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Experience with the Pirate Sports Network as a volunteer especially experience operating a Newtek Tricaster and a Newtek 3Play |
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS | Must be able to handle innate physical demands of position |
