Job Summary
Job Title: RN - School Nurse
Location: Plymouth MI
Pay Rate:
- Travel: $1967.50/week
- Local: $1687.50/week
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule: Night Shift 5x8 Hours (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN - School Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Plymouth MI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing care to assigned student
- Ride school transportation to pick-up and drop-off the student
- Accompany the student to daily community activities and events
- Monitor health status and respond to medical needs
- Collaborate with school staff and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN License (Required)
- Ability to work closely with nonverbal patients (Required)
- Comfortable with transportation and community-based care (Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior school nursing or pediatric experience
- Experience with special needs or nonverbal patients
- DOE certification (if required pending confirmation)
